These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atlas Docs mobile application and website located at https://atlasdocs.app (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Atlas Documents LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Atlas Documents LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Harvest or scrape user data without consent

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or other digital product within the app, you agree to the pricing, payment, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Documents LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
